Whenever possible, please call our office before going to the hospital to arrange optimal care and prevent unnecessary expense and/or waiting at the hospital.
We try to see all our patients on an appointment basis. We request that you call in advance, so that we may reserve the needed time for your visit. If you must miss a scheduled appointment, please call 24 business hours in advance to notify us and reschedule at ext. 234. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients and avoids you receiving a missed appointment bill. All calls on this phone are time stamped when called.
A qualified provider is available at times. We ask that you reserve after hours call for problems that cannot wait until regular office hours. Do not hesitate to call if there is an urgent problem or if you are not certain whether your problem can wait until regular office hours. Phone calls after hours are taken by our answering service and relayed to our on-call physician who will return your call shortly. If you have call block, please disable it (*82) while waiting for your return call.
All prescriptions and authorizations for refills can be requested 24 hours a day. Please be advised that refills left on this line by 11:00 am will be addressed that day. If we are on a holiday, we will address your refill on the following business day. If your prescription has not been called in, contact our office.
